We have many great charities on Hilton Head Island. We are getting ready for Relay for Life on Hilton Head Island which so far has 34 teams and has raised $8,140 with 121 participates.Relay For Life of Hilton Head SC. Please check with officials for more details. These details may change.*

Below are some of the other foundations and charities of the Hilton Head.
The Wexford Foundation Charities have donated to the following organizations: Thank you Wexford Plantation for giving back to our Community - Wexford -- Thank you from TeamSalari of Keller Williams. Support Our Organizations.
- Backpack Buddies: A program that gives disadvantaged students food over the weekend. The money will help fill 20 backpacks.
- Children’s Relief Fund: A group that strives to meet the medical needs of special needs children of Hilton Head. This grant will fund physical, speech and occupational therapy for children with disabilities.
- Family Promise: A transitional housing program for 25 homeless families on Hilton Head.
- Hope Haven: This grant will support the services of the Children’s Advocacy Program.
- Meals on Wheels: This agency provides one meal a day to any person who cannot provide for themselves. Its primary focus is on the elderly.
- Memory Matters: This grant will provide 800 hours of free respite care to families with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease who otherwise could not afford such daycare services.
- National Alliance for Mentally Ill: The grant will fund a new project, Parents and Teachers as Allies.
- Neighborhood Outreach Connection: This grant will fund three teachers in one low income neighborhood, The Oaks.
- Programs for Exceptional People: This group provides skill training for adults with special needs and promoted their independence. This grant will provide funds toward a 15-passenger van to use to transport clients.
- Second Helpings: This grant will provide fuel for the five refrigerated trucks on the road six days each week delivering food to the needy.
- Wish Upon a Horse: This therapeutic riding center provides equine therapy to adults and children with physical and developmental disabilities.
